Who we're looking for:


The role of Chief of Staff is to provide high level, direct support for the Global CEO and Global Exco (where relevant) across various initiatives across all areas of the business.

This could include meetings and events involving prospects, clients, potential acquisitions, other partner companies, and external industry peers. This is perfect timing for this role as we have recently presented our 5 year growth plan to WPP.


The end result of this role is to allow the Global CEO to focus their efforts on high-level strategic priorities ensuring they are continually effective, efficient, strategic and impactful as possible to help accelerate grow.

You will be executing special projects to support the business goals and key initiatives as defined by the Global CEO.


This role offers a rare opportunity to:

  • Observe the priorities, business practices and decisionmaking of the organisation's chief executives.
  • Develop knowledge of the network and its companies' global capabilities, clients and activities.
  • Build relationships with senior executives within the network.
  • Key activities include research, analysis, communications and connecting network employees across companies and offices.

What you'll be doing:

No day is the same.

You need to work alongside the Global EA and move at the same pace as the Global CEO and be on hand to jump into anything at the very last minute.

However, below are some of the core areas that you will be expected to deliver on:


  • Working with the CEO to develop and implement the global business plan. This also includes working closely with the Exco to project manage the delivery of the global business plan.
  • Supporting the CEO with any adhoc daytoday projects or initiatives. This will include working closely with various members of the Exco.
  • Managing the Exco schedule and content. Managing all Exco weekly and monthly meetings. This will also include quarterly offsite meetings. You will be expected to develop the agenda and work with all members of the Exco to develop sessions.
  • Managing the global leaders schedule and content. Developing a live Q&A programme of events for our 250 leaders to across the globe. This will include working with Exco members but also thirdparties such as clients and partners.
  • Working with the Global CFO to manage the global budgeting calendar. This also includes owning and preparing presentations for budget meetings with WPP.
  • Working with the Global marketing team to support profile building of the CEO.
  • Preparing presentations for the CEO for any meetings with clients or prospects.
  • Draft communications for the CEO to clients, prospects and internal staff.

What you'll need:


  • Excellent communication skills a must (written and verbal). Native level fluency in English (written and spoken) is required;.
  • Proactivity: an ability to go beyond the brief.
  • Disciplined and organised: able to juggle priorities and multitask. To work, unflustered, to tight deadlines and unforeseen requirements.
  • Selfreliant and motivated: this individual must be able to work alone or as part of virtual teams, as well as in conventional groups.
  • Confidentiality and diplomacy: given the sensitivity of disclosed materials and conversations, these are mandatory skills.
  • Delegation: effective delegation to individuals across the network, acknowledging that these people have to balance HQ requests with their own fulltime jobs.
  • General presentation skills.
