    TAC Healthcare Ltd is a well-established organisation in the Occupational Health industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high professional standards while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Assistant/Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
    • Support payroll, benefits, and absence management processes.
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
    • Help deliver HR initiatives including performance reviews, training, and employee engagement.
    • Draft HR documentation in line with policies and employment law.
    • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.

    Candidate Profile

    • Previous HR administration/coordination experience (desirable).
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
    • Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
