About the Company
LRPM is a fast-growing business with a friendly team based in our office in Norwich, as a business, customer service and team working is incredibly important to us.
Due to a rapid expansion in the number of clients we provide services for, we are looking to appoint a Block manager to run our block management portfolio.
The role requires looking after our Management Company clients, landlords and the role also will require commercial management experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Attending and Chairing AGMS
- Monthly Site Inspections
- S20 works to be organised and supervised
- CDM regulations knowledge
- Management of commercial units
- Regular meetings with directors
- Management of the portfolio for the Cromer to Norwich area.
- Chasing debtors and dealing with legal team where required
- Creating key working relationships both internally with colleagues and externally with clients
Qualities required:
- Experience in a similar environment essential
- Able to work on their own initiative and think on their feet
- Capability of developing key working relationships
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Well presented, highly motivated and able to work diligently with strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills to manage time and workload in order to meet the tight reporting and budget submission deadlines
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
- A great team player who goes above and beyond
- Flexibility in hours and general approach to the role
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a happy and confident approach
- Listens to others and is able to capture key points
- Communicates ideas and opinions clearly and concisely
- Is fluent, clear and articulate in verbal expression
- Conveys interest and enthusiasm when presenting.
- Maintains a high level of energy, self discipline and motivation at all times
- Is selfmotivated and sets high work standards and challenging goals
- Shows initiative and sustains high levels of activity
- Is calm, controlled and persistent.
