The role is great too You will be Finance Manager for one of the divisions which is part of a larger organisation with over 100 finance professionals based at their office in Nottingham.

You will have plenty of breath to your role; covering management accounting,team leadership and business partnering with exec level stakeholders.


It's flexible, hybrid working so you will spend 2 or 3 days per week in the office with the flexibility to do 2 or 3 from home.


ROLE OVERVIEW

  • You will be the most senior point of contact in finance for one of the divisions within the matrix structure
  • You will take ownership for the budgeting process; providing financial support and rigour to department managers
  • Management, mentoring and development of a small team of Management Accountants and Accounts Assistants
  • Review the monthly management accounts; providing insightful analysis and commentary on results
  • Oversee transactional finance and financial accounting
  • Drive improvements to systems and processes

ABOUT YOU

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified is essential
  • Able to commute to Nottingham at least twice per week
  • Experience in a similar role; managing a small team
