Job Description | Customer Support Hero

We are offering this exciting opportunity to join our customer accounts team, to provide an excellent experience for all partners and customers that meets their needs and supports the delivery of a smooth customer journey which is free from friction.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and working closely with the warehouse, marketing and accounts teams to deliver a kind, thoughtful and considerate customer journey
This will include:
- Day to day problem solving queries from customers, retailer and brand partners
- Monitoring the effectiveness of our processes, streamlining where appropriate
- Using data, identifying potential areas for improvement, suggesting amendments and implementing changes
- Administrative tasks in support of our customers new and existing product ranges
- Maximising the functionality of the CRM to automate process as far as possible.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the onboarding phase of the journey is as efficient as possible.
- Demonstrating an exceptional standard of service delivery
What we're looking for
- Experience in a customerfacing role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational and problemsolving skills
