Customer Service Representative
Rush Europe is a leading global cardiothoracic surgery group, offering a full range of innovative and advanced surgical techniques.
Our state-of-the-art facilities are located throughout the Rush Europe network and allow for 24 7 cardiopulmonary access to our patients.
We offer a no-cost heart surgery warranty for new patients; a no-cost lung and heart warranty for all past patients; and a no-cost catheter ablation warranty for all current patients.
Job Summary:
The Cardiothoracic Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to ensure the timely delivery of quality patient care.
They are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our patients by responding to customer questions, complaints, and inquiries in a professional manner.
The CSR also processes patient orders and maintains accurate record keeping.Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis, while standing and moving throughout the day.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
