Qualifications

• Be articulate and able to speak clearly and with confidence
• Be able to think on your feet and problem solve
• Deal with potentially unhappy customers to bring the situation to a satisfactory resolution
• Comfortable with using computer software to manage phone calls, recording customer issues on our system, reading spreadsheets with stock information, and compose well written, empathatic emails.

Responsibilities

• You will be dealing with queries and issues with customers and products who have made contact with you.
• Customers come through to us by phone, live chat or email so there is no face to face customer service required.
• You will be fully trained by our team on how to resolve queries and issues with customers often using out of the box methods to keep our customers happy.
• You will take time to understand your customer's problem, then you can present the customer with a solution or a number of solutions and explain the reasoning or benefits.features and benefits of our incredible range.

Skills

• Track record of customer service in a similar environment.
• Experience of using the products we sell
• Experience using Apple Macs, and SalesForce and/or other CRM systems
