Description

We are hiring a Customer Coordinator for our busy automotive client based in Dudley. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Pay:

- £40,000 per annum


Responsibilities:


  • Direct contact with customer.
  • Selection of and participation in customer enquiries with KAM and AE.
  • Responsibility for customer enquiries up to the time of the customer's award or its rejection.
  • Offer tracking, renegotiation within the given framework conditions.
  • In charge of the commercial data and information recorded in Norma system and customer Portal.
  • Preparation and conduction of price negotiations; LTA/ frame agreements.
  • Review of contracts and customer orders in cooperation with AM and Legal
  • Manage productivity and saving possibilities.
  • Periodic customer visits in coordination with Key Account Management and Sales Management.
  • Creation and maintenance of opportunities in Norma System
  • Prepare and support AM for quotation approval process
  • Monitor the progress of projects prepare and send offers to the customer
  • Submit the documentation required by the customer
  • Managing customer Portal for RFQ

Requirements:


  • Engineering or commercial graduate with a working experience of at least 3 years in sales of industrial products in need of explanation.
  • Teamwork, multitasking ability
  • Ability to meet the requirements even under high pressure.
  • Fluent English verbal and writing, second language preferable.
  • The applicant must be able to assess the commercial impact of his or her actions. To develop customeroriented solutions independently in a direction that is in a timely and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Important for all employees will be an attitude to dynamic, independent, and interdisciplinary way of working in a selfdriven team
