Position Summary:


  • The primary focus of this role is to be a business partner for the Industry Service Division in the UK, which comprises of two business units: TÜV SÜD National Engineering Laboratory and TÜV SÜD Nuclear Technologies. Within this role you will be expected to create a consistent stream of content that supports our content strategy, as well as for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. You will have responsibility for ensuring that we have content assets to support our strategic positioning as a thought leadership organisation, as well as our marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Your duties will include preparing content for campaigns that can be executed through a variety of channels with the end goal of raising brand awareness and increasing business leads. You will be tasked with tracking analytics for content, monitoring web traffic and associated metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • As a Business Partner, you will establish a strong relationship with the Industry Service Division that you support, reporting back regularly on activities and campaign performance. This role requires that you perform well under deadlines, are well organised and detailoriented. Ultimately, you should lead and drive all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities and authority:


  • Manage and lead/drive the planning, coordination, production and execution of campaigns for the Industry Sector business units and drive forward strategy to ensure an increase in lead generation for the business.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders from responsible business units and provide regular reporting on marketing activities and performance to ensure that they are satisfied with marketing output and needs are met.
  • Mange presence at industry events and exhibitions as well as to deliver a marketing campaign and close event support for a biannual conference that the company organises.
  • Create and develop new content for the website to ensure that your responsible web pages are optimised for key search terms and are indexed within the first page of Google.
  • Work proficiently with key digital marketing tools to understand opportunities, optimise content, promote and review campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Western Europe Marketers as well as the Global Marketing Team to create new collaterals and adopt globally created collaterals.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet CI brand guidelines and proofread messaging before execution.
  • Support and represent business unit at online/offline events.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Essential Education and Experience:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or another relevant field
  • Previous marketing experience required, with a significant proportion of this in a product marketing role and a digital marketing role
  • In depth experience as a content marketer
