Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop effective marketing strategies to generate leads and accelerate sales pipeline.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Stay uptodate with the latest marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP, with knowledge of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and other ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and lead management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in using marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo,Pardot, Zoho or others.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to attend industry events and conferences.
