Description
We have a great opportunity to work as a Controller at our client site in London.

The site is a large Art Gallery which houses various pieces of modern culture.

Responsibilities include supporting the Duty Security Manager, ensure a high level of service is provided, have a full understanding of the sites operations, supervise the control room team, ensure all polices and procedures are followed, monitor the CCTV, write incident reports and be involved with performance management and training of staff.

Essential skills

  • Demonstrate high level customer service.
  • SIA DS licence & CCTV
  • Hold excellent written communication and verbal skills.
  • Be able to work both day and night shifts.
  • Have an ability to deliver clear verbal and written reports where necessary
  • Proven background in corporate security
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player
  • Strong leadership qualities
