We are looking for a confident individual to join our clients dynamic team as a Part Time Customer Service Advisor who will be responsible for dealing with all customer enquires.

You will be accountable for the customer experience, ensuring every customer is satisfied and supported.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills with a previous background in customer services.

Responsibilities will include:

Escalate enquiries to the relevant department to ensure customers needs are cared for efficiently and accurately
Deal with or redirect any corporate enquires as and when they come through the system
Carry out a range of administrative duties i.e. scanning and preparing documents and preparing post

What we are looking for:

Previous customer service experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Good IT skills
Well organised
Strong attention to detail
