Warehouse Operator, Day Shift, £11.52 per hour, Paisley

We are recruiting for Warehouse Operators to work in Paisley, Glasgow.

What to expect as a Warehouse Operative

Working Monday to Friday 6am till 2.30pm OR 10am till 6.30pm
Working within goods in area unloading vehicles
Ensuring accurate receipt of goods
Carrying out quality control checks on incoming goods
Reporting damaged stock
Moving goods around warehouse area ands into racking areas
Operation of mechanical handling equipment
Carrying out stock checks / cycle counts
Replenishing pick faces with correct stock items
Ensuring accurate storage and recording of goods
Manual handling
Operation of handheld scanning systems
General warehouse duties as required
Housekeeping

What we're looking for

Previous experience within a warehouse & distribution role OR transferable skills
A solid work history
An enthusiastic can do attitude
Great communication skills
Attention to detail level of accuracy required
A degree of physical fitness as some repetitive lifting involved

Salary:
£11.52 per hour
