Description

The Marketing Assistant will have the following responsibilities:

Generate news from employees and industry and write and publish articles to suit and take photos (2 x weekly)
A news plan will be provided
Keep our news updated on the website and 4 social media platforms
Update our website include meta descriptions, SEO, and keyword optimisation monthly
Put together and print a quarterly newsletter
Identify new business opportunities and exhibitions, often using LinkedIn, and work alongside sales team to generate new leads
Complete a monthly marketing analysis review report
Template and tools will be provided
Create adverts for job vacancies on our website, social media platforms and Indeed
Order and assist on the design of business cards, brochures, pens, and any corporate items etc when required
Identify, book and administrate exhibitions and trade shows, and ensure we have the correct levels and types of marketing materials for the event
Update and create company presentations and company documents
Any other ad hoc business and admin support

Based in Wednesfield, near Bentley Bridge retail park. Free company parking is provided.

Standard holiday: 25 days + bank holiday, based on 35 hours

Standard hours: 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Thu with 12.30pm-1.00pm lunch, 8.30am-1.30pm Friday.
