Lead with the implementation of guidelines, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data for the area of specialist experience and provide hands-on delivery support to a Programme or Project.
Implement agreed regular progress-reporting mechanisms for all projects and thereby monitor the routine progress of Projects for their area of specialism.

Lead PMO Specialist
Provide Project and Programme expertise for the area of specialism and to develop the Evolve standards and procedures, including templates, according to the requirements of the organisation feedback from projects and Programme's through lessons learned exercises in order to continuously improve, to include: Programme/project initiation for the specialised discipline.
Provide a focal point to promote the use and benefits of the Programme or project management methodology (Evolve), championing the need for a consistent and common approach for the specialised discipline - develop and lead collaborative learning forums relating to the area of specialism.
Co-ordinate information about how Programme's and projects run the standard Programme or project management methodology, their progress and problems for the specialised discipline.
Provide briefings to Programme/project board members and Programme/project assurance staff on their roles and responsibilities related to the area of specialism.
Provide a fast-track Programme/project mobilization support service through collaborative working, facilitated workshops and tailoring of standard approaches and templates for the area of specialism.
Review completed Programme's and projects to distil good practice and note any factors, related to the specialised discipline, that unnecessarily adversely affect the duration or outcome of a Programme/project, so that they can be avoided in the future.
Set up 'buddy relationships' for new/inexperienced staff joining the Programme/project within the specialised discipline.Design and support governance/reporting for Programme's or projects based on Evolve and accepted best practice in the area of specialism.
Support lessons learned activities across the organisation to create and support an environment of continuous improvement.Location:
