Transformation and change Communications Officer:
Housing

We are looking for a brilliant communicator to support their ambitious change and transformation programmes, aimed at improving services for our housing tenants and leaseholders.

You will have experience of delivering high quality, complex integrated campaigns for specific audiences, working across different channels and directorates.

This role will provide the bridge between organisational strategy, service delivery and communications.

At a time of significant change, this role is both strategic and operational, and will be central in ensuring staff, stakeholders and residents are kept informed, up to date and able to shape the development or new and improved services and ways of working.

Experience Significant experience of working in an internal communications or transformation/change communications role

Significant experience of managing internal communications channels

Significant experience of managing communications campaigns to achieve agreed outcomes and best value

Significant experience of providing communications advice to senior members of staff

Experience of writing and editing engaging copy

Experience of writing in a variety of voices suitable to different readers and to suit different communications channels
