JHE & Partners are excited to be working with a company just outside Halifax as they look to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

The company are doing extremely well, growing year on year and have exciting plans to see them increase turnover by 50% over the next two years.

This is a key role within the organisation, working in a small finance team reporting to the Group Financial Controller.

The company are offering a competitive salary with superb benefits. They are open to full time, or reduced hours depending on experience.

They also offer flexi time and the opportunity to work longer days Monday to Thursday in order to finish at 14.

30 on a Friday


Key duties will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices quickly and accurately
  • Liaising with suppliers and handling all queries professionally
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Producing a payment schedule and liaising with Group FC accordingly


Purchase Ledger experience is essential, however full training will be provided to support other aspects of finance such as Sales Ledger, Credit Card reconciliations, Credit Control to name a few.
