An exciting new offer is being launched by the Training Hub We are delighted to be able to announce that following a successful funding bid, we will be expanding our existing scheme to offer mentorship to more of the BSW primary care workforce.
From summer this year we will be including nurses, pharmacists, practice managers and mental health practitioners in the scheme as well as paramedics and physiotherapists who are already enjoying the benefits.
The BSW offer to new mentors will include hourly payment for the mentoring they provide, plus the opportunity to undertake an mentoring course which is accredited by with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
The course will be funded, along with the first year's membership of the EMCC.
