Responsibilities;

  • First point of contact in the UK office, representing the HR team.
  • Maintains HR databases of staff information and develops reports to meet management and compliance related requirements.
  • Preparing employment contracts and coordinating payroll related matters with the Payroll team.
  • Working closely with Head of Security for the completion of the vetting process of the UK team.
  • Conduct work history checks and reference checks of potential hires by phone if needed.
  • Coordination of internal communication: translating and editing staff announcements, publishing worklife balance articles, coordination of international mobility communication (expat moves cross countries).
  • WFH best practice communication; preparing the content and maintaining the flow.
  • Preparing content for activities that increase staff engagement and preparing reports accordingly.
  • Support the preparation and reporting of all HR related questionnaires and surveys.

What we need from you;

  • 3+ years of experience on HR admin roles and working within matrix, global organisations.
  • Speaks English at an idiomatic level
  • Ability to work with confidential material in a professional manner.
  • Proactive regarding legal changes and implementation.
  • Problem solving skills including able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
