Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the food and beverage department
  • Assist the manager in managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Note:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
