Job description:

Join us as a Business Management & Finance Senior Associate

  • You'll be providing analysis and recommendations for leadership teams, which will inform business decisionmaking and support our long term goals

What you'll do
As a Business Management & Finance Senior Associate you will be responsible for using multiple sources of information and relevant business operational data to provide analysis and reporting


You'll also:

  • Undertake financial and headcount reporting, including monthly cost report checking, forecasting, cost allocation, support our Finance Partners in cost control initiatives, support in building business cases, and providing local analysis intelligence and commentary
  • Create, maintain & update dashboards relating to performance including recruitment and talent pipelines as well as finance approval and tracking of new hires
  • Coordinate the delivery of key pieces of work that sit across multiple areas of the team and manage adhoc projects where required on behalf of the leadership team
  • Delivering recommendations and decisions required to improve business performance
  • Reviewing relevant MI and providing adhoc analysis of data

The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with experience of working in a business management or finance analyst role. You'll need broad knowledge of banking business operations, key services and how it interacts with the rest of the organisation as well as experience of working effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different levels

We'll also look to you to demonstrate:

  • Background and fundamental understanding of finance (e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet) and reporting methods
  • Strong numerical and data analysis skills with the ability to produce relevant summary perspectives
  • Strong GSuite or MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel or equivalent skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Excellent organisational skills
