We are professional, but laid-back kitchen in a busy bar / nightclub venue serving highly instagramable plates of food in a timely manner.

• Lift and move heavy objects and stock items
• Clean dishes, shelves, and counter tops.
• Some basic food prep work, including; cutting, washing, using a mandolin, breadcrumbing and sauce making.
• Cleaning specialist equipment such as deep fat fryers, dishwashers and inhouse smoker
