The journey began in August 2017, when energy traders Michael Waldner and Luca Pedretti, together with software entrepreneur Florian Müller, set out with the purpose of accelerating the energy transition towards net zero by creating an efficient market for renewable energy.

We create transparency, standardise methodologies, and help to educate the industry. We also digitise the route to market and provide a complete software suite.

The Role


The Customer Success team exists to support PexaOS clients in deriving the most value that they can from the product and is responsible not only for client satisfaction but also for gaining strategic insights through building long-lasting relationships.

The Client Support Specialist is the first port of call for clients and will actively manage and resolve inbound tickets whilst also working with internal teams to identify solutions to improve the overall experience for the client.


How will you help:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our clients and collect feedback
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to organise resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Document interactions, paths to resolution and successes
  • Contribute to developing internal processes and managing ticketing systems

What you'll bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • An empathetic and patient approach to client interactions
  • Experience and understanding of APIs and programming languages
  • Proficiency in Kustomer, Jira, Microsoft and other operating systems (Desirable)
  • A good sense of humour
