Your opportunity


You will:

  • Work closely with our Director of Global Portfolio Construction and Strategy (PCS) Channel Marketing to support global marketing activities and strategies to raise the profile of PCS
  • Support the rollout of PCS into new territories with web, collateral production media, events and other tactical marketing activities
  • Manage materials on Seismic for regional sales distribution
  • Manage endtoend production of marketing collaterals for internal and external promotional purposes
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, uses initiative and is a selfstarter
  • A team player, the ability to collaborate and work with colleagues across different time zones and regions, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, both visual and numerical
  • Ability to problem solve and a desire to learn, understand and grow
  • Excellent written and oral English
  • Strong competency with Office
  • Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT
Nice to have skills

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and best practices
  • Experience of Google Analytics and/ or Adobe reporting or similar
  • LinkedIn promotional experience
  • Website marketing and management knowledge
  • A broad understanding of all marketing elements, with customercentric marketing skills
  • Knowledge of multimedia, video, digital assets
  • Experience of collateral production
  • Experience working with global/ regional teams
