Corporate Solicitor 3-6 years PQE into their powerhouse team operating out of Reading.**This firm is known for its ability to innovate in order to adapt to the most dynamic industries where the nature of legal services is always changing.

They are operating at the frontier of sectors like fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, cloud-based services and emerging technologies.

The role and Corporate practice:


This Top 100 firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor 3-6 years PQE to join their award-winning corporate department based in Reading.

  • You will undertake a range of transactional work across M&A, joint ventures and private equity
  • With an everexpanding international client base, much of the work will be multijurisdictional in nature and will range from £5m£100m in value
  • You will receive an excellent level of exposure from the outset and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance
  • Corporate Solicitor 36 years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
  • Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
