Junior Recruitment Research Consultant:
Responsibilities

Identifying top performers and talent pools in the industry
Forging relationships with clientele and regularly consulting high calibre professionals, to ensure their recruitment needs are met
Mapping the market landscape and analysing competitors
Generating new business through business development

Junior Recruitment Research Consultant:
Requirements

Impeccable academics; degree from a Top 40 university
Commercial work experience ideally in a professional environment (not essential if you've played sports to a high level)
An innate hunger for success
Excellent communication skills in both the spoken and written form

Pay:
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
