Description
Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Customer Service Team on a full-time permanent basis.

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives
  • Ensure that customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team and provide regular feedback
  • Provide support to team members to help resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Provide regular reports on team performance to senior management

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service team leader role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of achieving customer service targets and objectives
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£27,857.00 per year
