Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Customer Service Team on a full-time permanent basis.As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives
- Ensure that customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team and provide regular feedback
- Provide support to team members to help resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
- Provide regular reports on team performance to senior management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service team leader role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of achieving customer service targets and objectives
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
