Are you a HR Advisor that thrives working in a fast-paced changeable environment, then this could be the opportunity for you.


As the HR Advisor you will be part of the Culture and Engagement Team, reporting into the Head of Culture and Engagement, you will be part of a team who are responsible for delivery of a robust Human Resources function, where most strategic decisions impact the work of the team so you need to ensure that you are ready to adapt to changes and priorities and be used to juggling various tasks.


This exciting HR Advisor opportunity has arisen at one of the UK's national institutes who play an important part in forward technologies in order to change the world for the better.

As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for a wide range of employee relations casework and will support the management of a range of employee relations cases including performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.

The role will involve advising managers on employment law, procedures, best practice and providing general employee relations advice to managers and employees.


For this exciting opportunity I would be interested in speaking to Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor, Human Resources Advisor, Junior HRBP, Junior HR Business Partner, HRBP, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist.

Ideally you will need to have a proven track record of working in a challenging environment within an HR role ideally within the private or public sector, coupled together with a strong background in employment legislation.


This full-time post is offered on a 12-month full time basis, annual salary £40,000 plus excellent benefits including flexible working where you will be able to work from home up to 3 days per week, family friendly policies plus 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.

The offices provide a collaborative work space and is centrally located close to major rail stations, located close to restaurants and shops.
