Location:
Sutton in Ashfield

Salary c23,500 PA

Our lovely and highly successful client is looking for an Administrator to join the team - Working as a pivotal point of support for our client's group of companies in the delivery of compliant products and services.

The role of Administrator - Quality Systems will involve:

Being responsible for the administration of the company's quality documents
Organise and maintain management system documentation and update operational procedures relating to ISO 9001 / ISO 1400
Assist with internal & external audits in accordance with ISO
Ensuring documents are up to date to enable internal and external compliance
Conducting quality control and compliance checks across the business
Complete PQQ for the business in line with company policy
Undertake general administration duties as required
Provide reception cover as and when required
Proficient in using all Microsoft Office programs
Competent in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Good teamwork, analytic and problemsolving skills
