Talent Acquisition Partner
Office based in Weybridge, Surrey
Head-quartered in London and with trading offices in Singapore and Houston, the Prax Group is a leading independent trading, storage, distribution and retail conglomerate dealing in petroleum products and bio-fuels.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily focus on people recruitment for our Corporate team in the UK and overseas.
The company is rapidly expanding and there is a high volume of recruitment throughout the UK and beyond.
We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the wider Talent Acquisition team based in Weybridge, Surrey.
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding, working across multiple vacancies for the corporate team in the UK and overseas.
Principal Responsibilities
- End to End/360 recruitment
- Deliver a consistently excellent service to internal stakeholders nationally and internationally
- Functions covered include finance & risk, trading, operations, logistics, engineering, retail and sales
- Sound project management skills
- Issuing contracts and offer letters
- Adhoc HR duties
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years full cycle inhouse recruitment experience
- Experience of using an ATS & advanced MS Office skills
- Proficient user of Job Boards, databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc
- Fast learner able to take initiative with mínimal supervision
- Oil, Energy and Fuels Industry knowledge is an advantage
Skills & attributes
- Must be resultsorientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, adaptable, a team player with a positive outlook and a real 'cando' attitude
- Familiarity with employment law as regards recruitment
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for stakeholders
