Co-occurring Conditions Support, Interventions & Recovery Services


Inclusion Hampshire Community Substance Misuse Services in Partnership with Mental Health Services are developing an exciting new innovative services for clients with co-occurring conditions in Hampshire.

We are looking for two Band 6, Team leaders, 37.5hrs per week

This is an excellent opportunity to Join Inclusion Hampshire to develop and help implement this new service. The key to success of the service will be our partnership with Mental Health teams across Hampshire.

Inclusion, created in 2002 is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).

We provide caring and effective services across England, including, West Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, West Mercia, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Thurrock, Essex.


We support individuals, families and communities who are affected by addiction, crime, mental health or need treatment for their sexual health.

  • To be responsible for the day to day management and delivery of a range of services for adults with cooccurring conditions (substance misuse & mental health).
  • To be support the strategic and operational development of cooccurring conditions services
  • To Line manage Recovery Workers.
  • To develop and maintain positive working relationships with service commissioners in conjunction with the Service Lead.
  • To provide accurate and timely service information and reports to Service Lead
  • To manage and maintain performance against contractual targets
  • To ensure the delivery of a safe and effective service
  • To effectively manage delegated budget expenditure for the service.
  • To be committed to working within a multidisciplinary service framework and in close partnership with other agencies
  • To ensure service user involvement/feedback is embedded in all service decision making processes
  • To be involved with the development of Inclusion's Services.
