Description
We have a vacancy for a role within our Customer Service department for a Service Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing business and to work within a friendly and welcoming team.Full training to be provided.
- Good organisational and timekeeping skills
- Good telephone manner and customer engagement skills
- A responsible attitude and the ability to work within a team and to their own initiative
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- General IT skills. CRM and Sage 200 skills desirable but not essential
Some of the duties will include:
- Liaise with customers and engineers to book service visits and emergency call outs
- Ensure relevant health and safety paperwork is complete for upcoming visits.
- Check engineer service reports and provide customers with calibration certificates.
- Provide pricing and quotations to customers for spare parts, service visits etc.
- Quote and manage service contracts. Ensure all visits are booked before expiry of contracts.
- Prepare contract renewal quotations before expiry is due
- Work with engineers and the suppliers to ensure warranty parts are returned for inspections and credits
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Follow up on service visits to ensure any relevant follow up quotations or visits are provided to customers
- Log and manage all service cases on CRM. Ensure log is up to date and accurate.
- Prepare and manage repairs of faulty units on site at SciQuip
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 months
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
