Description

We have a vacancy for a role within our Customer Service department for a Service Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing business and to work within a friendly and welcoming team.

Full training to be provided.

Good organisational and timekeeping skills
Good telephone manner and customer engagement skills
A responsible attitude and the ability to work within a team and to their own initiative
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good attention to detail
General IT skills. CRM and Sage 200 skills desirable but not essential

Some of the duties will include:

Liaise with customers and engineers to book service visits and emergency call outs
Ensure relevant health and safety paperwork is complete for upcoming visits.
Check engineer service reports and provide customers with calibration certificates.
Provide pricing and quotations to customers for spare parts, service visits etc.
Quote and manage service contracts. Ensure all visits are booked before expiry of contracts.
Prepare contract renewal quotations before expiry is due
Work with engineers and the suppliers to ensure warranty parts are returned for inspections and credits
Liaise with customers and suppliers to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
Follow up on service visits to ensure any relevant follow up quotations or visits are provided to customers
Log and manage all service cases on CRM. Ensure log is up to date and accurate.
Prepare and manage repairs of faulty units on site at SciQuip
