My leading financial services client are looking to bring on a
Transaction Management Associateto support their Credit Products Delivery team.


  • Good knowledge of both
    LMA Bilateral and
    Syndicated Facilities:

  • Understanding of waivers and amendments:
  • Good understanding of credit execution, transaction management, credit products and banking processes
  • Excellent decisionmaking capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution
  • Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally
  • Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior deal team members within the Front Office globally
  • Confident, selfstarter, assertive and energetic
