The role


The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Group's treasury arrangements are effectively delivered and support the Group's Corporate Objectives.


You will be responsible for the management of the treasury function including responsibility for cash management, debts, banking arrangements, forecasting, reporting and risk exposure.


You will also manage all aspects of the Group's external borrowing facilities, including covenant monitoring, interest payment, drawdowns, capital repayments, reporting to lenders and management of revolving credit facilities and security requirements.


Another key part of this role is to manage all aspects of the Group's transactional banking arrangements and develop and manage relationships with external third parties.


The right fit

  • You will have prior experience in a senior Finance Management position reporting to senior Executive/ Board level.
  • You will have peoplemanagement skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues, influence, negotiate etc.
  • You will have the ability to build solid, lasting and productive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You should have advanced IT literacy with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Word.
  • Ideally you will be part or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACT)
  • Experience working in the housing sector would also be preferred.
