Job Introduction

Charlie Bigham's is seeking a dynamic People Team Coordinator to join our team In this role, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, actively contributing by providing crucial day-to-day support and overseeing our production training.

As the People Team Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our workplace culture, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring the effectiveness of our training programs.

Responsibilities include managing various HR tasks, from onboarding to employee relations, while also taking the lead in the oversight of our production training initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure timely reporting of daily and weekly People KPI's
Support the recruitment and onboarding of team members
Support with Employee Relations cases
Providing cover of Reception when necessary
Work with our trainers to managing our production training
Supporting our trainers with SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Prepare the data and inputs for the production team payroll
Organise Bigham's café briefing, parties and team celebrations

Experience:

Essential
Experience of working in a busy environment, ideally, within an HR or Training based role that involves customer interaction.

Desirable:

CIPD Qualification

Experience of a manufacturing environment

Skills:

Competent user of MS Office at intermediate level, experience of using MS Teams

Confident and effective communicator

Experience of completing admin tasks accurately

A great organiser

Great written communication

Supportive and able to demonstrate empathy

Excellent customer relations & people skills
