Tuntum Housing Association are looking to welcome an experienced Property Services Administrator to our Asset Management Team for a fixed term period of 12 months.

This post will support the Asset Management Team and will report to the Property Services Team Leader.


You will be responsible for maintaining robust procedures and processes so that the Association's building stock is well managed and meets the required standards.

It will also ensure that databases are kept updated to ensure compliance needs are met.


Your role will be to manage a range of complex disrepair cases across all Tuntum Housing Association's housing stock as well as scheduling work for the Direct Trade Operatives or contractors as required.

To ensure that work is allocated efficiently by actively planning and tracking job orders through to completion. You will ensure that all customers receive the highest service levels at all times.


If you have experience in administration in a busy department and enjoy the challenge of planning and scheduling in order to ensure customers repair needs are met, we're looking for you.

Ideally, you will have experience in this area of work, dealing with contractors and in house maintenance teams. If you have previously worked in Social Housing that would be a huge plus.


We need someone who has excellent I.T skills with demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Suite and bespoke data base systems.
