Job description - Admin Executive
In this Data Executive role in London, you will be joining the Special Projects Team of this business.

You will play a key role in a specific project working to improve the overall accuracy and clarity of client information.

Your responsibilities will primarily involve analysing, remediating, verifying, and updating essential customer data and documentation into our systems.

This position is integral to an ongoing workstream to develop best-in-class processes and stringent adherence to regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.


Key responsibilities - Admin Executive

  • In this Data Executive opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:_
  • Working closely with the project team & project manager to deliver key results in a timely manner
  • Thorough analysis of data across several systems to verify and validate customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Accurate and efficient data remediation of customer information, documents, and details across the company's systems to transform legacy data
  • Work with confidential and sensitive customer information, adhering to strict data security and privacy protocols
  • Organise electronic records and databases, ensuring easy retrieval of information in line with reporting templates
  • Ensure compliance with our KYC and AML regulations, following established guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with internal data standards in line with guidance from business owners & key stakeholders.

Job requirements - Admin Executive

  • A 2:1 from university
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical approach to data & remediation
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with KYC and AML concepts is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative roles or experience with Excel is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, is preferred
