JOB PURPOSE:
_
To assist in delivering general office support and complete a range of administrative tasks to Customer Specifications and within the scope of AS9100:2016 Quality Standards.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:_
Managing document control processes
Conducting monthly document reviews
Producing and circulating monthly Quality reports
Allocating of information for manufactured products
Raising purchase orders
Arranging Quality related training
Updating training records
Administering non-conformance reports
Ordering Quality documents
Arranging monthly document collections
Attending internal meetings
Liaising with internal departments on related issues
