Description

Our fun and exciting client based in between Luton and Harpenden are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their friendly and relaxed team as the business grows

Due to the location, it is essential that you are able to drive due to poor transport links
You will be working closely with management to help expand the business and maximise on opportunities. Alongside sales, you will be developing SEO and managing social media.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with management to assist in maximising business opportunities, including lead generation and account management
Brainstorming new ideas to generate sales
Assist with SEO management to drive potential clients to the company website
Create a stir on social media by being creative and forward thinking
Creating company newsletters
Visiting prospective clients
Any other adhoc duties as required

Person Specific

Ideally 2 years+ in a similar sales, marketing or events focused position
Good Microsoft skills
Bright, enthusiastic and upbeat personality
Great interpersonal skills ability to communicate effectively and confidently
Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
A keen sense of team spirit Ability to work within a team, whilst being prepared to action own initiative
