Description

Our client is a world renown manufacturer of robust, high grade perimeter security barriers, fences and gates used in large commercial, government, customs and financial institutions and places were privacy and security are paramount.

This role is to work from their depot in West Sussex as the electrical control panel technician.

Your task will be to build and assemble control panels and sensors as per the designs and drawings, fit all components and run tests and checks to ensure systems are working safely and correctly.

Other tasks could include ensuring all required materials for building the panels are in good supply and of reputable quality to maintain high finish and standards set out by the company.

You will need to have a good understanding wiring and electrical componentry, be able to work with technical and electrical drawings and be competent with test equipment such as multi meters, oscilloscopes, crimping and soldering tools.
