Job Title:
Cleaning operative

Starting wage £11.50 per hour + fuel allowance


Location:
Chelmsford and surrounding areas


Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures. i.e. sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, dust and wipe down surfaces
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and kitchens.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
• Safely store cleaning equipment and materials.
• Report any maintenance issues to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaning operative.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team and able to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to consistently deliver work to a high standard with strong time management.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and open to learning new skills.
