Key responsibilities include:
Assist in producing the monthly/quarterly and annually management reporting pack
Ensuring all records and supporting documentation for financial transactions are compliant to legal requirements.
Using Sage 50 to manage accurate and effective financial controls.
Producing nominal variance analysis to budget (monthly).
Reviewing all balance sheet reconciliations ensuring they are accurate.
Preparation of UK and Irish VAT return.
Assisting with Year End Audit along with supporting preparation of year end accounts.
Monitoring and assisting 13 week cash flows and bank recs
Maintenance of all bank transactions and weekly payment runs
Maintenance of Sales and Purchase ledger operating credit control systems.
Royalty Reporting both monthly and quarterly
