This Logistics business has seen huge expansion and growth over the last few years, and in turn are now looking for an IT Manager to join the business, take control, and drive the whole IT function - It goes without saying that it's an exciting time to jointhe business

The focus of this role is to provide expert support, knowledge and guidance in relation to Technology based solutions, implementing new systems and process mapping everything IT.

The Role & Responsibilities

Budget management
Acting as the first point of contact for all System/Technology issues
Assessing the CRM function and potentially implementing new CRM to streamline the separate functions e.g. Transport, Warehousing etc
Process mapping
Overseeing the IT Security and Networking functions
Liaising with external contacts, maintaining relationships
Overseeing the website hosting
Dealing with all licencing
Working closely with other departments to understand where improvements can be made
Supporting the board and SLT with the overall business strategy
