Our client, a specialist consultancy are looking for a proactive, hands on and efficient office manager to help support the day to day running of a friendly, small but busy office.

This role will see you at the forefront of the office as a central pointof contract and combining finance, hr administration and office management.


If you have 3-4 years of administration support / office management experience and you feel this could be a great fit for you - please send your CV in the first instance.

Finance:Invoicing, credit control, checking bank accounts for payments, preparing book keeping documents expense management, and co-ordination of internal processes in cooperation with internal finance & HR team.

HR: On boarding, sending out contracts, seeking references, managing holiday reports

Office Management: organising meeting rooms, supplier management, facilitating clients, setting up IT, setting up zoom/ teams calls, taking calls,

Events/ organisation: booking travel for consultants, organising Christmas parties and client events, team socials, clients socials

Adhoc projects: eg helping to set up new office administration


Hours can be tailored to suit part time working over 5 days weekly
**Salary is dependent upon experience
