HGV1 DRIVER NEEDED

Are you a professional HGV1 Pallet delivery driver?

Job Details;

Monday to Friday full-time position, majority of the work is pallet deliveries and there will be occasional general haulage work.

There may be the occasional Saturday offered which is generally half of the standard day.

Based out of Purfleet, the driver will be expected to complete 1-2 runs per day which will include deliveries and collections in local postcodes e.g.

RM, IG, E postcode areas. There is a mixture of pump truck and forklift work, deliveries are made to commercialand residential properties. There will likely be more forklift work than pump truck work.

We have 33' Urban trailers, 45' Single deck trailers and double decker trailers, experience in all is preferred as we decide on the day which trailer will go out, dependingon suitability for deliveries.

Generally, the day will be 10 hours long, however there may be some later finishes or some earlier finishes. The shift rate is £180.00 and that incorporates an average of 10 hours per day. Undertime or overtime does not affect the rate paid to the driveras the hours average themselves out.

Licence Requirements:

HGV Class 1 licence with 2 years experience
Up to date CPC & Digi Card.
Driving licence must not exceed 6 points (no DD,CD, IN10, MS50, UT50, DG or DR1)

Smart appearance.
Respect all staff and vehicles.
