Description
We are a case management company working with clients with acquired
brain injuries.


We are seeking someone to work as part of our small supportive team, to work primarily with a young man to build on the life skills he has worked hard to develop.

You will need to be person centred and a good listener, whilst encouraging decision making in a safe way.

You will be working with our clients in their homes on an outreach basis and out in the
community. The role will facilitate rehabilitation to enable individuals to maximise their
independent living skills, social inclusion and social reintegration. You must be available at
short notice and a positive approach to personal development and reflective practice is
essential.


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary


Salary:
£13.00 per hour
