Are you looking for an Account Manager position which supports working fully remote and can be based anywhere in Ireland?


The organisation is based in the UK, they are an educational awarding body who design courses focused on land and the environment.

The role will be managing the training provider network who deliver the courses. There is also some business development toadd to this network.


About the role

  • Based on engagement with the providers, identify gaps in their instructor's skills or the skills in the network of freelance instructors.
  • Engage with freelance instructors regarding the addition of skills to supplement their current offering.
  • Support QA activity to ensure providers maintain the standard required.
  • Carry out the secretariat duties required to support Lantra Council meetings in NI and RoI, including minuting the meetings.
  • Administrative support for project work carried out.
  • Administrative support for Industry Champions programme.

About you

  • Understanding and experience of good practice in customer account management
  • Experience of forging strong relationships with existing customers and driving loyalty and sales
  • Ability to work in a prioritised and methodical manner to ensure that actions are followed through to completion
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate to different groups effectively
