Description
Staff Partners is on the search for an experienced clinician with strong leadership skills to join as a Wellbeing and Clinical Locality Lead/Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist.
This role is pivotal in providing clinical leadership and contributing to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for children and adults with developmental trauma, autism, complex, and SEMH needs.
As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape the service and drive positive change in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational and Sensory Integration Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Therapy Assistants.
- Develop and implement clinical interventions and therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with trauma, autism, complex, and SEMH needs.
- Quality assure the delivery of clinical interventions in line with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).
- Collaborate with care and educational colleagues to ensure integrated care and support for individuals across multiple sites, including adult residential homes, a school, and children's residential homes.
- Establish and maintain nurturing environments that prioritise the wellbeing and development of individuals, maintaining a strong safeguarding culture.
Essential Criteria:
- Recognised Speech and Language degree.
- Registered with the HCPC and BPS or equivalent.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Substantial postqualification experience in working with people with additional needs (e.g., complex trauma, neurodevelopmental differences, mental health needs).
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically.
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car is necessary.
- Skills in data management for service delivery, development, and project work.

Salary:
£55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
