    Your Day-to-Day Role:

    You will be an integral part of our sales team, helping make our customers' dreams of a new home become a reality. As a Sales Advisor, you will be one of the first points of contact for homebuyers, liaising with solicitors, estate agents, bank managers, and valuers.

    You will also:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, local information, competitors, unique selling points, and relevant regulations.
    • Ensure adherence to our Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy, making visitors aware of PPE requirements when entering construction areas.
    • Initiate approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, updating and progressing prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
    • Take reservations and initiate paperwork with speed and accuracy, ensuring purchasers understand the sales process.

    Requirements for Success:

    • Experience in new house building sales.
    • Proven sales skills and effective negotiation skills.
    • Able to recognise key buying signals.
    • Positivity, target-driven, and good self-motivation.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (with one weekend off every four weeks).
    • A full UK driving licence.
