What your role will involve:

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the Oculus team in Nottingham as a Building Control Surveyor, in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations
  • Working with third parties to develop good customer relations
  • Responsibility of daytoday management of multiple projects
  • Input into the group's strategic goals

What you will bring to Oculus: -

  • Membership to a recognised professional body, ideally CABE or RICS
  • A track record of Construction or Building Control experience
  • Strong leadership skills including coaching and developing others
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good commercial decisionmaking capabilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
