What your role will involve:

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the Oculus team in Nottingham as a Building Control Surveyor, in this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations
- Working with third parties to develop good customer relations
- Responsibility of daytoday management of multiple projects
- Input into the group's strategic goals
What you will bring to Oculus: -
- Membership to a recognised professional body, ideally CABE or RICS
- A track record of Construction or Building Control experience
- Strong leadership skills including coaching and developing others
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good commercial decisionmaking capabilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
